A few things need to be updated on the inside (the beds are cheap metal beds, not bed frames, so the comfort level is minimal; the shower was hard to work; the toilet got caught of the flusher and we had to fix; very little space in bathroom to get ready if you have girls). For a 1-night stay it was fine, especially for the cost."

"Stayed here with my adult daughter overnight on a girls' trip to Waco, and it was perfect! Communication was timely and helpful, and the property was so peaceful. There were beautiful flowers all around, and the antics of the goats we watched from the back windows kept us laughing. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It's close to everything we wanted to do, especially the Homestead Heritage area. I'll definitely add this to my list of places to stay next time I'm in the area!"
