"The front desk person was fantastic. I think his name was Massimo(Max). He sent us lots of information before our stay and was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had a beautiful suite with a wonderful view of the sunset. We were actually thinking of changing our itinerary and staying another night. "

"This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"Roberto was so helpful, sending messages in advance and closer to the time. He was so friendly at check in and shared so much information to get the most out of our stay. The property itself was beautiful and in a great complex - the beach access was fantastic and so was having shops, cafes and bars over the road. On site parking was perfect and we loved our stay! "

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station.
The property had lots of character.
Nice and quiet.
Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus.
Lots of space and clean and functional.
The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. Also could do with a more comfortable sofa
Had a lovely holiday and Lucca is beautiful.

"It looks great just like in pictures. Location is very close to train station and airport transfer. Some housekeeping issues that need to be address in bathrooms...ie leaking shower doors, mold in grout and sink. Would like instructions on how to use stove made available. In US we use gas stoves! Overall I would go back again. "

"The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."

"Heerlijke 2 weken gehad, prima basic appartement waar je vriendelijk onthaalt word door Roberto.
Jammer dat de bedden niet zo goed zijn en dat er geen tuintje is.
Wij hebben dus gezellig op de stoep gezeten, waar iedere avond de mensen uit het dorp samen komen om te kaarten. Aan de achterkant van het huis is het zwembad, mooi en met fijne ligstoelen.
Het kleine dorpje ligt echt centraal en samen met het dorpscafeetje en winkeltje een superplek!
Wij hebben het met onze 2 kinderen heel fijn...

"We really enjoyed staying at Genni & Dario’s apartment. It is an easy walk to the walled town of Lucca, has fabulous rural views from the balcony, is homely with helpful reading material, and we enjoyed it being cool inside when the days were hot. Our hosts explained everything to us when we arrived and we’re always available by phone or text. A great place to stay."

"We had a perfect stay at Giorgio's apartment. The apartment has everything we needed. It's location near Lucca allowed us to visit and explore good parts of Tuscany.

"The hotel is really wonderful, with a very interesting history worth reading about.
I was a little bothered by some bouse at night, but that's really about being in a town with a healthy nightlife. It's worth a small inconvenience for staying in the hotel! Pisa is a little hip, with some alternative lifestyle apparent. There are some super restaurants nearby. I liked Lou Lee's...the pasta was fantastic. For anyone going to stay there, I can promise you a unique stay at the hotel...beautiful, and quite charming. "

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Straight opposite the Tower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, had everything you could possibly need along with a stunning room.
Would highly recommend here.
