The house sits on the Chemin du Train des Pignes (part of EuroVelo 8): walks and rides through forests, vineyards, hills and typical Haut-Var villages.

3 km: Lorgues, a charming ProvenƧal village with all amenities, restaurants and the big Tuesday market. In summer: concerts, cultural events and lively terraces.
18 min: Vidauban leisure base (water games, slides, inflatables, swimming).
Easy day trips: Verdon Gorges & Lake Sainte-Croix (~45 min) to the north; CĆ“te dā€™Azur beaches (Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, FrĆ©jus, Saint-RaphaĆ«l) in under 1 hour to the south.

Pool: not fenced and close to the house, accessible at all times; not suitable for young children who cannot swim; adult supervision required at all times.

Outdoor: the west terrace is gravel, stable and easy to use.

Main home: this is our primary residence when not rented ā€” please treat it with care.
