"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"Nous étions réunis pour un événement familial, 18 personnes dont 6 jeunes enfants et nous avons adoré la maison et son magnifique jardin.( vraiment magnifique !!)Nous avons apprécié les belles chambres toutes équipées d'une SDB privative, la super cuisine hyperéquipée, l'environnement hyper calme.Philippe est aux petits soins ! "A spacious and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful location overlooking a canal. There is plenty of outdoor space and you can enjoy walks along the canal. The owners, who live next door, are exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommended, especially for families."
