"Clean room, nice staff, felt safe, beautiful view, great breakfast. Wish water pressure was better in shower."

"This place was not fully staffed, I was told I could check in early, But when I arrived the rooms wasn't clean and ready for me to check in, I was told to come back around 4:30 but my original check-in time was at 4:00, so when I finally checked in at 5:00 at least they told me I didn't have to pay for parking which was $18 that was nice of them, but I think they could have compt me more things like breakfast vouchers or a coupon with money off on my next stay if I decided to do that which I will not stay here again."

"Honestly, I travel a lot and not just in the U.S. and this place was one of the worst I’ve experienced. First, the property was impossible to find, no street signage whatsoever. We drove up and down the street 3 times. I finally googled it to make sure and told my husband it had to be right. We ended up going around back and there it was. My first impression was not good, but after the experience with the reception lady we just turned around and left, didn’t even stay the night. Someone had texted me earlier in the week asking if we wanted to upgrade our room. I agreed to the $25 up charge to upgrade. When I got there the lady acted like I was lying bc it wasn’t in her computer, even after I showed her the text. Then she said well the upgrade wasn’t available and the new girl must have forgotten to reserve it for me. I tried to ask if I had still been charged but she just kept rudely telling me there was no upgrade available. At which point my husband just said “We’re leaving!” We ended up staying down the road at La Quinta. "

"I only needed a place to sleep before returning to the hospital the next morning, so I don't have any comments on the gym/pool or other extras. For my room though, it was clean, the bed was soft but comfortable. The bathroom was nicely updated with good water pressure, good shower head and hot water. The creekside vibe was great with beautiful garden surroundings. And gratefully very quiet even on a Friday night."

"Bare minimum. Marriott has no standard. Very old. Rooms stink. No complementary breakfast. "

"First time staying at a Spark hotel. Clean room. Strange, in the sink area was a lotion dispenser but no soap. Had to get that from the dispenser in the shower. Maybe they just forgot to leave a bar of soap. Reception staff was nice enough but they didn't seem to enjoy their job. The airport shuttle turned out to be an Uber the hotel ordered, which was fine."

" Very disappointed that the price to bring your pet is $150 NOT $75 as shown on Hotels.com The hotel has great amenities but the front desk staff is rude."
