Great place for solo travellers and travelling professionals. The rooms are as they look in the photos; small but have everything you need. Everything in my room was clean and tidy. Would not recommend for couples or travelling with a friend unless you're super comfortable with each other. Bed's huge but the room's small and the washroom's not an enclosed room as you can see in pics! Unique features: smart TV with cable, colour lights in the room, ipad to control everything. Lobby/first floor was also made for working professionals with lots of desks and working spaces.

Very clean and cozy. I had an unfortunate power outage incident with my stay at citizen M and I was offered a free breakfast for compensation, not good!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, including the room and lobby areas. Staff was super-helpful and kind. I'll be staying here the next time I'm needing to stay in downtown LA.

FAMILIES BEWARE! There is a statue that greets you that says PORN and a graphic neon sign taking up a large portion of the wall in the lobby. Apparently, this place is known for extensive free porn. Glad I wasn’t traveling with my children.

Property was down town so everything we went to was within 30 min or closer. Very convenient location. Parking was expensive however.

The building and room and decoration had a nice touch, bedding was nice but the room floor and bathroom had little hair left. need more detail. The breakfast buffet did not have much choice and a small area but everything was delicious and good food quality and only $20! The best part of this hotel, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful very welcoming excellent hospitality. The hotel manager was everywhere at the hotel, making sure everywhere working smoothly. I live in L.A., this hotel location is good for travelers who want to take the metro, or bus taxi to travel around L.A. It's like a mini N.Y. Many museums and restaurants are within walking distance. If you are not a city person who needs a car to drive, you are not going to fully understand this hotel concept. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again. Thanks.

Property was very nice lovely decor. Very clean smells amazing throughout the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would like to request that the hotel will provide smaller pillows the large pillows hurt your neck. Also would like for the bar to provide Litchi Martinis. Will stay at any citizenM property moving forward.
