Hotel was clean, close to freeways and small food places around. Too many homeless people around the property.

Book a smoking free room but got an obviously smoked in room. Bedsheet even had a cigarette burn! Dangerous nail sticking out by the rooms door, nearly snagged the heck out of my sweater! Seriously, fix this! Tried calling the front desk but no answer both times I tried. Had to go back downstairs to get some service.

honestly, pretty good over all. the price is about right, all things considered for that part of town. easy access to freeways. starbucks close by. mexicanos-30-30 is really good and next door. greek place down the street. overall, safe, though there are street sleepers most the time in the area. they didn't hassle me, but might make some folks uncomfortable.
