There are 4 pools (2 are heated), 4 hot tubs, 2 saunas, 4 full size tennis courts, clean and fully stocked gym, breathtaking trails and small waterfalls, fish, squirels, dogs, BBQ grills, lounge and eating areas next to the marina, rare sea birds that can't be found inside the city, and an onsite cafe for when you want to eat out but you don't want to go too far.
