  • Welcome to your comfortable coastal getaway in Long Beach! This bright and inviting two-bedroom, one-bathroom home offers a relaxing place to stay just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, shops, and everything that makes the Long Beach coast so enjoyable.

    The home features a spacious, open living area, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable bedrooms, and a clean, updated bathroom. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while the comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee, preparing dinner, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

    The location is ideal for exploring the area. Spend the day walking along the waterfront, relaxing at the beach, enjoying the restaurants and nightlife of Belmont Shore, or exploring nearby Long Beach attractions. Downtown Long Beach and other popular destinations are also an easy drive away.

    Please note that there are approximately 15 concrete steps leading up to the front entrance, so the property may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations.

    A small, friendly older dog lives on the owner’s side of the duplex. The dog does not have access to the guest unit.

    Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property, exterior cameras are in use.
    • 1 camera overlooks the apartment's patio at 46 Park.
    • 2 cameras monitor the entryway and front patio at 44 Park, the attached property.
