Outstanding location
The location is excellent for visiting UCLA and the local museums. Although centrally located, the home was extremely quiet without street noise. Communication with owner was excellent including accommodating early check in.

LA Marathon
The property and location were excellent. Walking distance to the Century City Mall (less than a mile) and many other restaurants. Santa Monica Blvd was only a few blocks from the house. Also a short driving distance to UCLA. Plenty of space for our family which consisted of 6 adults. Jill was prompt in responding to any of questions. I would stay here again.

Well appointed, convenient stay
Well located, generous sized with a great yard. House was stocked with every kitchen appliance could want and ample supplies! Totally appreciated this lovely, comfortable home that allowed us to bring our dog and have a lovely visit to LA! Would return.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed this property. The neighborhood and location was perfect! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was also amazing. It was like a private retreat in LA. . We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Great house for family
This house slept more than we had, but we thought it was great for us, our son, and his family. The bedrooms were well removed from the kitchen and living space, so earlier rising grandparents could prepare breakfast and chat while teens slept in. At night, the kids could stay and talk, while we slept soundly. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - a pretty patio in one area and some outdoor benches, chairs, and a hammock in another part of the yard. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, well located. There were a few small glitches - one set of keys didn't work, and a hair dryer didn't work. The host addressed the problems immediately.

Visiting the Kids
We spent 24 days at this house. All the things that really matter were great. Upgraded kitchen, baths, mattresses and plenty of towels. There was a garage so no need to park on the street. The host responded to a few issues within minutes. The location was excellent for us. There does need to be some TLC to the property in general. A few repairs, some paint, new cushions and deep "spring" type cleaning would help overall. I left the hosts some details and hopefully she will take care of everything so that there will soon be all 5 stars. If you have a lot of people this is an ideal house. As it turned out our grandkids didn't stay with us, so the house was actually too big for us.

Quiet and comfortable
This is located in a great area--quiet, nice neighborhood and yet it is central to many places to visit. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the couches and beds are quite comfortable. The yard is secluded and peaceful. I highly recommend this house!

Wedding stay in Westwood
A family group staying for a wedding in Westwood for a week. We had plenty of room, great facilities and perfect location. We were able to receive the bride and groom and their parents for a visit, everyone loved the venue

Spacious, clean and well located home
I stayed at this VRBO with four other friends for a wedding in the area. The home was perfect for a group, with common spaces (and amazing backyard space) but with three large bedrooms so that we could have our own areas. It’s centrally located and allowed us to explore LA easily. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great location and spacious house
We rented this property because my daughter just had a baby and lives less than a mile away. My other children flew in and there was plenty of room- (five adults and one baby). The house itself is lovely, very spacious with plenty of yard space and complete privacy. The location in LA is perfect! Jill and her husband were extremely accessible and very communicative. The house is very old and we had a few air conditioning issues, but they were resolved.

Gorgeous home in perfect location
From start to finish this was a smooth an easy experience. Beautiful 3 bedroom home, beautifully landscaped in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in LA. We felt immediately at home. The owner made checking in as easy as can be. She was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable, wonderful kitchen and living room. The neighborhood itself is beautiful as well. Classic west LA. If this is available on our next trip to LA we would definitely stay here again.

Great family house

Easy access to all of LA, including Westfield Century City. Very comfortable house with everything you need for a short or longer stay. We particularly loved how secluded and secure the property felt and the variety of lounging spots provided for yard..

Lovely very private home!
Stayed here while attending a family wedding weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place! Lovely home and very responsive owners. House was spotless and had every amenity one could hope for - from Shampoo to Green Mountain Coffee Pods for the Keurig!!! If we had to make a suggestion ... keys are a little tricky as every door and gate has locks but in today’s world guess that’s to be expected.. However this area is extremely safe and friendly. All in all one of the best places we’ve stayed in!

Lovely House!
This is a beautiful house that is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many wonderful spots in Los Angeles. The beds are very comfortable. All three bedrooms are roomy and nicely decorated. We've been in some houses in which only the master bedroom was roomy and special. The bathrooms are also very modern and roomy. We had some problems with the cable TV set-up, but Jill gave a lot of time and attention to solving those problems, even though she was out of town. She actually had her assistant bring a brand-new cable box for us. We would be happy to stay in this house again in the future.

Simply lovely!
What a beautiful property! Clean, well maintained and basically stocked with every kitchen utensil you need to cook. The property owner is super quick to respond and extremely accommodating to any needs. Special touches like Fiji water bottles, nuts, chocolate and champagne were among the goodies left for us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again on my next trip to LA.

Large, roomy home!
This is a very spacious and comfortable house, bright & big windows, with wonderful bathrooms and thick towels. We valued the privacy & security we felt in this home. Perfect for our tri-generational family of six with two young children.
This house was perfect for our tri-generational family of six. The quiet location between Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards, but close to UCLA and Century City, is excellent. Gelson’s super market in the ultra modern mall is a good walk (0.6 mile) or easy drive away. The property has three secured yards, two in front and one in back. They are enclosed by 8-10 foot high hedges and supplied with good lawn furniture and a hammock. Carmine’s, a small but excellent Italian restaurant, is just around the corner. Inside, the kitchen is large and very well appointed, with a modern refrigerator and granite countertops. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms spotless and complete. Negatives? Few and trivial. The period ‘French’ fixtures may not appeal to everyone and the kitchen cabinetry is dated.

Beautiful, charming home in a perfect location.
Just returned from a wonderful three night stay at this home. Excellent communication with the owner and the house is exactly like it is described. The location is perfect, on a side quite street, but very close to all the action you may need. The beds were comfortable and the house is well stocked with the items you may need for meals, etc. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was a wonderful place to stay and conveniently located.
We loved being able to sit outside and smell the jasmine bushes and roses and hear birds. We didn't expect that and were pleasantly surprised. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We also enjoyed being able to watch Netflix on the smart tv's as a way to relax after my daughters medical treatment. Jill was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again !
