A vintage Studio with an ocean view. 4 miles away from Santa Monica & Venice Beach. Less than 1 mile away from the Getty Villa. Near Tuna Canyon Park & Topanga State Park.

The unit is about 250 sq. ft. - small & cozy.

This room is right across the street from the beach. To get to the other side, all you would need to do is cross over PCH, via a walking bridge, that's about 500 feet away from the property. A short 2-3 minute walk.

That’s what this adorable little bungalow felt like. Small, but when the SoCal weather is nice, there is a huge deck to enjoy the amazing views and ocean breezes. Great couple spot.

The view is 5 stars. The location is great but be aware of the following: 1- It's right on Route 1 which is a VERY BUSY ROAD. 2- It's very small. 3- The floor of the one-room unit looked clean but was filthy. My white socks were black after just one day. 4- Limited lighting but the worst part is that 5 of the lighting fixtures had bulbs not working. Contacted owner but no bulbs in the unit. Luckily a short stay. Other than the beds there is pretty much no seating in the living area. 5- The entrance to the unit feels like you're going into an unkept alley. Garbage cans are full at the entrance. Landscaping was unkept, Zero lighting at the entrance and the lighting fixture at the entry door to the unit was not working. 6- Almost nowhere to put your clothes except to hang in the closet. No drawers. 7- Supplies in the kitchen were pretty bad. 8- Parking is on the street. Only on one side of the street and very limited. 9- Balcony plants dead or dying, Needed cleaning (hosing down actually and old furniture that was limited. The worst is that while the view on the balcony is great, There is zero shade with the sun on the balcony all day. The place needs someone to come in and clean properly, stock properly, and get the bulbs fixed. Also, need to straighten up the entrance area. The rest of the main house looked OK but the area of the rental unit needs maintenance.

Cute Bungalow Studio
The place is well designed to make the best use out of the space. The pictures online are very accurate except they can’t capture the magic of the outdoor patio! It overlooks the ocean and is magical. I sat listening to the waves crash for hours! The neighborhood is quiet and located right by the Getty museum. There are stairs next to property that go to the road that you can cross to go to the beach! This place is over a garage of a large and beautiful mansion in Malibu…it’s spectacular! Our stay was perfect!

Absolutely perfect!
Cozy, great use of space for everything needed - so many little details thought of. We lacked for nothing. The most beautiful views, could live on the balcony overlooking the water. We will be back and look no further next time we're here. Thank you!

Incredible views!
This was just an amazing stay! The balcony provided the perfect place to have a couple glasses of wine and watch the sunset over the ocean. Walking distance to just about anything! Only tricky thing was parking, but even that opened up later in the day. Overally very very happy and would love to visit again! My girlfriend kept sayin...can we just stay here forever, lol
