Great place
KK and Arthur are fantastic hosts! Very responsive with any questions. Their Rental was very clean and had all of the necessities needed, the home is in a great location and the neighborhood is quiet. We would not hesitate staying there on our next visit.

Amazing accommodations
We had a great stay, the place has everything you need and is so close to a variety of things. We were traveling with little ones and found a great playground and it was super easy to go to the market for our essentials. Looking forward to coming back!

Quick LA trip

Great stay!
This apartment is very roomy in a safe neighborhood. The owners live in an apartment up stairs. There has been a great deal of care put into creating a very comfortable place to stay. It within walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Noma Sushi.

Can we move in?
We spent 5 days here and it really was our home away from home - and felt that way the moment we walked through the door. We arrived Tuesday night and had provided our arrival info in advance.once we were on the way from the airport, she was texting with us to meet us when we pulled up, so nice. The home has everything you need - a porta crib for the baby, who was in the larger room with us, and then our toddler was in the second room (he sleeps in a normal bed and we just did pillows under the sheets to create bumpers). Our toddler appreciated that the TV had every app you could imagine : ) Everything is self explanatory (it’s a smart home!) and for one minor question I had, KK responded right away. We even used the on-site laundry for the property (not in until but very easy to access) - it’s coin operated or you could use an app! I tried the app and it was super easy! We did not have a car and we loved the location - we have friends that lived nearby, walking distance. But even without that, there’s so much right there. A Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Chipotle are all within a 5 min walk. Delicious sushi and tempura place on the street. The beach is probably 40-45 min walk but it’s so beautiful - we came to Santa Monica to be outside! In summary - great place, great host, great location!

If there were more rating stars available, we would have added them to the perfect score. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, charming & helpful. It was especially comfortable having individual thermostats in the bedrooms....no one suffered from being too hot or too cold. We were so happy with our entire experience & would not hesitate to recommend the hosts & the property. Would love to go back! Thank you for making our stay so perfect!

Lovely Santa Monica neighborhood
The checkin process went smoothly and our host, KK, was always available to answer any questions. The condo is very clean and everything is as described. The location is perfect in a beautiful neighborhood with lovely homes and gardens. It’s close to the Santa Monica Pier and parks, and so convenient to everything in LA. We enjoyed our week greatly and hope to visit again soon!

Perfect midway spot
This property served as an excellent "base of operations" to explore the Santa Monica/Venice Beach area and still being accessible to LA. It's close to excellent amenities. It has a great kitchen if you want to eat in. The bedrooms are efficiently separated from the living area, which worked very well as we had a toddler who needed to nap/sleep when the adults still wanted to mingle. If you have bicycles, beach access is a breeze (less than two miles). Easy access to LAX (18 minute drive to get to airport on a Sunday morning) and LA arts district (less than 30 minutes unless a Dodgers game is happening). Santa Monica Pier and beach is less than a 10 minute drive away, and Venice Beach is less than 15 minutes away. Walkable to many amenities, including Sidecar Doughnuts, selected as the best donuts in California by Food and Wine Magazine. KK is a fantastic, communicative, and attentive host who looks after her rental peeps!

Perfect spot for family!!
We stayed here after traveling down the coast from San Fransisco for four days. This rental was not only in a great location, but was safe, clean and efficient. KK was a great host - available at any time to answer questions or make recommendations. When we return to California, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Positives: the property is located close to shopping and about 1.5-2 miles from the beach. Street parking easily available. Large rooms and clean Negative: I do not see anywhere in the description about check in process. Only after booking did the host tell us late check in would be an issue. Made it seem like she was doing a big favor to let us check in after our flight from the east coast came in later in the evening. Should be clearly identified if there are check in restrictions and I shouldn’t have to stress with calls and texts just to get a place to sleep

I'm truly puzzled as to why me asking a guest to inform me about the time of their arrival so I can plan accordingly and make the check-in process for them seamless, especially if arriving at 1:30 AM, would make a "poor check-in instructions"... All I asked for was to communicate with me and regretfully, this guest failed to communicate until the very last minute. Even then, I've made sure he was able to access the property without any delays. Every request he made prior to arrival and during his stay was accomodated. Very disappointed he felt this way...

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 days. Communication with the hostess was straightforward; the check in process easy. The apartment was quiet; we did not hear upstairs neighbors nor when the patio window was open. It was cool due to westside location. Wifi connection was good. We did not cook but all the utensils were available if needed. Parking was easy on the street due to permit. Shops such as Whole Foods and restaurants were all walking distance. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious. It was nice to have the 2nd bathroom. My only suggestion: some guests have skin allergies to fragrance/fabric softeners/Febreze in detergent/dryer sheets. It would be helpful to use detergents that say "Clear and Free" of all fragrance and additives. We enjoyed our stay.

Sisters Get Away!
My sister and I had a great time!! Very nice neighborhood, quiet and clean! Not far from the Santana Monica pier! Our hostess was very nice! Made sure we were checked in ok, great suggestions for local places to go, and if we needed anything she was right there to help! I would definitely recommend this place!

Short weekend getaway, planned a trip to Malibu Wine Safari and decided to make it a weekend trip. Only 45 minutes to the winery, which was perfect! About 1.5 miles from third street promenade, lots of shopping at eating. Space is perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, super cute patio area. Owner very accommodating.

Awesome winter break!!
KK was the most gracious host! She was there to greet us upon arrival and showed us around. She was always available to answer any questions before and during our stay. The property is exactly as advertised-very clean and spacious! It was perfect for our family of 5 (my husband and I and our 3 grown boys). The home is close to many amenities including the Riviera Golf Club which was perfect for us as our trip included watching the Genesis Open at Riviera (it is walking distance or a short Uber ride).
