Perfect for large families or groups that need extra space or privacy!

Gorgeous serene property in the Hollywood Hills. Enjoy our outdoor huge lounge patio, right next to our pool, complete with spa beds and multiple loungers. Best location ever, walk to the Hollywood Bowl, The Roosevelt Hotel, Runyon Canyon, the Walk of Fame and Yamashiro restaurant! Up here you will be surrounded by lush trees, hummingbirds and complete serenity! This multi-million dollar property is super special!
You'll have 2 parking spots in the garage.
This private property has 2 villas (one on the top floor & one on the bottom level which are separate and private) and a guest house over the garage in a separate structure. You will have the main floor 3 bedroom and the top floor 3 bedroom villa. Awesome for families or groups since each floor has it's own kitchen and living room. A great way to be "together and separate". If you'd also like to add the guesthouse to your booking, please reach out in advance for details.
