Hotel staff were great! We checked in very late and Sonia was great checking us into hotel. The only thing I can say is that they had a water heater problem the weekend we stayed so our showers were mostly cold to a bit warm only. Other than that, rooms were nice and big.

My stay at Cambria LAX was great. However, my only concern was the pay parking. I had to pay $81 parking for my 3 nights stay when it should be complimentary parking since you booked in the property. Most hotels I've booked was free parking.

The hotel was conveniently located to multiple shopping areas and a variety of food stores. The staff was amazing from the time we landed and first checked in until check out. They were helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself was 3 star. I think the shower being "open" was a real safety hazard, causing an excess amount of water on the floor while showering. The mirror in the bathroom, with the Bluetooth was a pretty nice touch. The breakfast bar was expensive with not many options, unless you wanted to pick something off their additional menu (that we weren't told about until after we started eating). We had to ask the staff for more food twice. Still this was a good stay. If we were back in LA, this would be a hotel option.

I really enjoyed staying here. Had to give 4/5 stars for overall because the cleanliness of my room was not the best. I opened the refrigerator and there was an old drink in there for idk how long. There were some drink sticky spots on the table under the TV. And there were hair strands in the bed before sleeping on it.

I arrived at the hotel and tried securing a room The front desk attendant looked me up and down and said we are fully committed. I told him that this was odd as the website showed availability. I went on to ask if he was profiling me? Sad times. I should have left but I was tired and in need of some sleep. I made a reservation in front of the front desk attendant and proceeded to a room. I am not sure what this was about. Left me uncomfortable but reminded that racism is alove in America friends.

Gaberiel was awesome! Manager who questioned why I booked doubles not so friendly. Never saw security on-site especially when returning to hotel late night and leaving at 3am for an early flight. Parking lot is dark.
