    The space features a beautifully updated main house with three bedrooms, two of which open directly to the outdoor area and overlook the pool and spa, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The home includes a cozy living area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and stylish contemporary finishes throughout. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the pool, spa, BBQ area, lounge spaces, and even a mature tangerine tree. Please note that the outdoor fire pit is only decorative and not intended for use. An attached guest house with its own private bathroom offers additional flexibility—perfect for extra guests, a workspace, or a quiet retreat.
