Comfortable beds, clean despite smudged wall and floor boards and som dust in some corners. Relatively quiet despite it proximity to a pretty busy road and one night we could hear the neighbors through the wall until quite late. Overall, it was a pleasant day.

Great home in great location

We were so happy with our Torrance stay. It was the perfect location for all we wanted to do. Very close to redondo and easy getting everywhere. Place was clean and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet, clean. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, not satisfactory

To note, comfortable bed & clean linens, which was nice. My biggest concern is that someone (supposedly the cleaning person) came into the property on Sat w/o any advance notice. This is unsettling for many reasons, mostly that I did not feel safe knowing that someone would come into the property unannounced. I contacted VRBO & they had the property manager call me; he advised that it was a mix-up w/ the cleaning person & they came on the wrong day. If that is the case, then it should have been proactively communicated that there was a mix-up; I was only made aware of this after I called VRBO. Additionally, they didn't even clean everything - the trash in the kitchen was not emptied & the floor was not cleaned. They did start the dishwasher, take out the bathroom trash & took out an empty waterbottle. Also note that this is a shared property & you share a wall with another property; I could not find any mention of this on the listing. If I had known this, I would not have booked this property. I slept in the back bedroom & could hear them laughing, sneezing, talking, etc. Other things, no washclothes are provided & the sponge provided to clean the dishes was filthy. I also noted that in other poor reviews on VRBO, there is no accountability or apology from the owner, he makes execuses & refers people to check reviews on a competing platform because the property has over 400 good reviews, but if you read the description of reviews elsewhere it does not match this property.

The place was very clean and in a great location in the South Bay. Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan are minutes away. Great communication from the host. I will be staying here again when I visit my family again. I really could not ask for anything else. Enjoy your stay!

This was a great place – two bedrooms a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.And the location – super great location – less than 30 min from LAX and the Long Beach airport, 20 minutes to the beautiful California beaches. 35 min drive to Santa Monica. Walking distance to Walmart and Aldi – you cannot ask for more. Not to forget the two parking places included. It is a real problem to park anywhere in the LA area.
