Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No need to clean, but if you wanted to put used bedding & towels in the washer and start it, that would give our cleaners a nice head start:). Bring trash bins to/from the curb every week (Tue/Wed).
We only ask no eggregious messes-examples: --half-empty yogurt under the bed --salsa left spilled on coffee table, --syrupy stuff spilled in refridgerator --guest let a candle burn down=burned dresser
Our "lawn" = pavered front patio & synthetic grass. The tree does shed leaves on the patio, the electric blower handles them easily (optional!). Low maintenance. Landscaping sevice not included.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
