The host ghosted me. Sat outside the parking garage for 90min waiting to figure out if i would even have the room for the night.One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with both VRBO and the host. Everything went smoothly up until i was suppose to check in. The host ghosted my calls 3 times, and ignored every message, leaving me waiting after a 6am flight, and 12 hours of meetings to hopefully find a hotel on oscars weekend in Los Angeles. VRBO customer support was less than helpful as well, basically making me fight tooth and nail to figure out if i would even get a refund for the property. If i could give this entire experience 0 stars, that would still be too high.
