TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Corporate Suites. I arrived after a very long flight returning from Asia, only to find there was nobody at the building to let me into my room. I had to wait THREE HOURS to be finally let in, calling everyone I could in the meantime. I was so tired I only wanted to leave and go elsewhere, but I had prepaid four nights with a non-cancellation policy and did not wish to lose over a thousand dollars. The management company is not even in the same city, so there was no-one readily available to help. They tried to blame me for not responding to an email that they had previously sent, but the email arrived from "Pelican Suites", a name I did not recognize, so even if I had seen it, I would have thought it was junk mail.
Once inside, the apartment was spacious and clean. However, there were other problems. There is parking available, but I was not given a device to open the gate, so I had to rely someone at the building to open it EVERY TIME. This was especially annoying one night I arrived past midnight and I had to ring many times waiting to be let in, and one day I needed to leave the building at 5:30am for a meeting and there was NOBODY there to open. I ended up tailgating after another car, praying that the gate wouldn't close on the car.
There were bottles of detergent and dishwashing liquid, both close to empty. Windows had old miniblinds that did/t close properly and let all the sunlight in.
I would NOT stay here again, nor do I recommend it.
