VERY IMPORTANT: Absolutely NO Smoking Inside the house. You will lose your deposit! Do Not Touch the ALARM PANEL at the entrance door.
NO Loud Noise/Music after 10pm. Our neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. There is "quite time" ordinance from 10pm to 8am.
ONLY CONFIRMED GUESTS CAN STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE PROPERTY. The house is secured and there is a doorbell camera. Please do not touch the video panel.
