Good experience overall! Clean room, kitchenettes did have simple cutlery and kitchenware that worked well and the staff was courteous and helpful for supply refills. Pool and hot tub were clean and breakfast was a good simple selection. Would go back!

The room had a strong smell of mold and mildew!!! The bedroom window was open when we arrived and the bedroom carpet was soaked! I would not revisit this property.

I just dont like that if stay outside the main lobby you need to walk outside to get in. For breakfast if its raining you can get wet.

The property was nice, housekeeping was nice, but the front desk receptionist, the one in the morning was very unapproachable, and do not make me feel comfortable asking questions. People like her who make people like us not feel welcome or return back.

The carpet is old and interior looks old. The room I stayed has stove, frig, and microwave. Very good for my wife. However one burner was not working either intentionally or bad quality repair. Window coverings can not do blackout, so on full moon, there's moon light. Breakfast is continental with fewer items than other hotels.

AMAZING STAY
My stay was amazing! First they let us check in 3 hours early and when our stove stopped working they tried fixing it right away and when they couldnt they immediately switched our rooms to the same floor and let us take our time in doing so, they went above and beyond for us and i will definitely be returning when wanting another trip

Our Go-To Place in Agoura Hills
We always stay here when we are in town on business. The staff knows us well and are always there to assist with any of our needs. We like having the kitchenette which is fully stocked . We book the 1 bedroom suite which is a lot of space. Location is convenient - next to restaurants and Trader Joes and freeway, but yet quiet so you do not hear any traffic. Breakfast is good and coffee is always available. I would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Loved the breakfast and nice they offered Wednesday night soup and salad no one does that so nice touch. Didn’t like noise from Free-Way but if you leave air on it drowns out the noise. It wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. It was really very nice and comfortable.

Room 2105 smelled like mildew that the hotel tried to cover up with the overuse of cleaning chemicals. Absolutely disgusting especially when i had infants in the room. Hilton that owns this property should be embarrassed. Rates like a 1 star motel.

Everything was great except for hotel key card system. I needed to replace the cards a few times during a 3-day stay as they did not work properly! Swipe system needs to be upgraded to tap card to be more convenient!
