There was a staff working the front desk on Saturday night that wasn’t very helpful and I was less than impressed Staff on checking and out were wonderful

There is a railroad near by that gets noisy once in awhile. Some earplugs were placed by hotel though. The railroad was closed for more than 3 hours when i was there, nothing was effect for us but my friends was stuck and had to climb over the cargos to cross there right after getting off from bus.

Very good value for the price. There is a fee for parking that was not included in our reservation price so do keep that in mind. The breakfast was very well done (good quality food with numerous options.) The staff was excellent and very polite & cordial.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was very generous and tasty. The rooms are large. The train was not nearly as big of a deal as we thought it would be. A tasty Chipotle and Dunkin’ Donuts in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Property was great, good value for the room. The free breakfast was really good. There’s a train that’s very close with a crossing that can block you from coming in and out, but there are ways around it. It does blow its horn there, but I never heard it from our room. The surrounding area was pretty bleak, doesn’t seem like the nicest area, nothing to do in the neighborhood, but everything is between a 30-60 minute drive. It took us 38 minutes to get to Universal Studios.

I like staying here it’s very spacious, clean, they have free breakfast. You do have to pay $30 for parking though, the price rate is really reasonable as well. I do like how close it is to a lot things like restaurants the dodger stadium. The one thing I didn’t like this time was the room close to the train tracks it was loud, and also the fan kept running in the bathroom. The last time we stood we had 2 queen beds and it was on the other side of the hotel and really quiet.

Location and property are nice. Staff is what gives it only 3 stars. Rushed at check in and annoyed with my questions, ladies at breakfast had head phones in and ignored multiple people, annoyed by people and slammed doors in my kids faces. Unpleasant place. You can tell they don't like families. Stay somewhere else.

I was charged for a second car even though I had one rental. I’m in the process of getting it reversed but of course, 5-7 business days. Also, I had an unknown charge from H-BAR to my room that I’m still waiting to have reconciled. They weren’t able to do it at check-out! I’m having to call back, and call back. Additional experiences. Pool smelled over the weekend and room service policy is inconvenient. Best part may just be the continental breakfast. : /

We staid for Friday night game for dodgers, so convenient drive to stadium. Staff members so friendly, the room was perfect, beds so comfortable. Cleanliness of over all room from bathroom and floor was perfect.

Everything was great except the in-room HVAC which was SO VERY noisy and squeaky. If we were staying more than one night, we would've asked for a new room. We just shut the unit off completely.

Very clean. The hotel is in a good area. There is a train that passes by twice at night and it is loud. They do offer ear plugs in the room. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of seating. Hotel parking is $38 a day.

The only thing that was a little annoying was the train but the staff accommodated us by rooming us on the opposite side of the train tracks, which was way better. Other then that the place was great.
