사기당함

전용욕실이 있는 방을 예약했는데 공용욕실있는 방을 주었다. 그래서 다른 게스트가 화장실을 써서 물내려가는 소리도 들었다. 호스트한테 메일을 보내니 다른 게스트들도 각자의 화장실을 쓴다고 했다. 하지만 그분들의 화장실은 방에 있지만 우리의 화장실은 방밖에 있었다. 그 화장실은 14,15호실 게스트가 함께 쓰는건데 14호실쓰는 사람이 없어서 호스트가 전용화장실이라고 말한거다. 하지만 2일 후쯤에 14호실에 게스트가 들어왔다. 호스트한테 메일도 보냈지만 호스트가 안읽었다. 답장은 물론 안왔다. 우리는 돈은 더 내서 전욕화장실을 예약한건데 사기를 당했다.

A duplex converted into a 8 room "motel" with electronic combination locks on all doors. No staff on site. But I really liked this self service setup. The property is clean and comfortable. My only concern was with parking. There are only about 3 open spaces for parking in the backyard. It's a little tight getting in and out. But overall I was super happy with my stay here. This'll be my goto place for when I visit LA.

El alojamiento bueno acorde al precio. Sin embargo tres cosas a mejorar: el internet en la habitación, aislar ruido de habitación de primera planta con la segunda planta, se escucha todos los pasos de la habitación de arriba y mejorar camas y toallas.

The rooms had an ok standard as we expected. How ever the bathroom was extremely dirty as we had to share with others on the same floor. There was a family of 4 living in the room next to ours, and they left the toilet quite dirty. Hair, toothbrushes, pee in the toilet seats etc. They also had small children that woke up quite early and started banging the doors and running around at 7AM, as the walls were thin the noise was very extreme at some points. The internet did not work some of the days also which was a little problematic as we couldn't use our computers to work and so on. The common areas were nice and tidy. The service was also good. and it was nice to have parking on the property.

GREAT Option but a Few Things to Be Aware Of

The home was amazing. Fully remodeled and like new. The only problems were three: 1) This one's not really the property owner's fault because how would they know; however, they should be checking these things regularly. The battery in the smoke detector outside my bedroom was running low, so there was a very loud chirp every 30 seconds going off all night. Fortunately I was very tired and I can sleep like a rock, so it didn't keep me awake. But it was annoying while I was awake. 2) The shower in my private bath (which was otherwise very nice) wouldn't allow me to have a warm shower without the pipes making a horrible, loud noise. I could take a scalding shower or a lukewarm shower. That was annoying. 3) I'm very grateful for the parking in the back because you cannot park on the street near the house, and the neighborhood is not horrible but questionable. The bad part is that parking is first-come-first-served, so if you miss a spot, you have to park really far away in a questionable neighborhood. Fortunately, I did get a spot.
