Great place close to everything!
I loved the location of this place! Right behind vons in a quiet neighborhood. Also close to freeways and anything you need. And with it being only 10 mins to Burbank this was the perfect stay!

Nice little place
We had a great stay! There is road noise in the master bedroom but we enjoy a little white noise so it’s not an issue. Perfect location and the parking spot is perfect for the location of the apt. The apt is an older apt but it’s very well maintained. Would stay here again ❤️

Clean and nice neighborhood
Being from a smaller town, I was a bit anxious about staying in such a big city but the area felt very safe. I felt comfortable walking to near by restaurants and it was easy to get to other locations via Uber. No complaints at all.

Compact car parking
The rental car we were given was too big to fit in the reserve parking spot and no parking spots available on street. Only stayed first night and ended staying other places the rest of time.

Owner provided small but very helpful conveniences, very kind and thoughtful of her. Condo has a nice pool right outside of front door though we did not use it. Condo is 5mins walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. 8-10 mins Lyft ride to Universal Studio, you can go in the morning, come back in the afternoon to have lunch and rest, and then go back to the theme park without long waiting lines at night.

Perfect location!
Check in was smooth. Trouble with bedding for 3rd person in our group. Had to purchase our own. There were no comfortable places to sit. Sofa and chairs were uncomfortable. But loved everything else!! We would stay here again.
