Enjoy a modern one-bedroom guest house in exclusive Phillips Ranch. This cozy spot features a kitchen, bathroom, spacious closet, dining island, and study desk, all with a private entrance.
Relax by the beautiful unheated pool & spa, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Conveniently located near freeways, schools, hospitals, shopping, parks, and restaurants, everything you need. Before booking, please review the studio description and house rules, and text me your agreement. TY
The space
Newly remodeled guest house, has a large private bedroom with a queen size bed, study desk, loveseat recliner, and TV.
The kitchen has granite counter tops has a cooktop, microwave, New Refrigerator, New Dishwasher with large island. The island can be used to prepare meals, Eat and study.
The retreat area by The kitchen has a comfortable sofa bed/futon. This can be converted as a bed for 3rd guest.
Newly remodel bathroom with laundry.
