Mar Vista One Bedroom House - Great Location and Lots of Charm
- We are situated on a quiet street in Mar Vista and the house is conveniently located to all things Los Angeles. The space features a full bed and two bathrooms, one ensuite with a shower and relaxing bathtub, the other a half-bath. Many amenities complement your stay. The house has an open floor plan and beyond being comfortable has a lovely decor including a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. We are 2.8 miles from Venice Beach and is Culver City and Marina Del Rey adjacent. Short drives to Venice, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Plenty of free on-street parking in addition to a one-car driveway. Great restaurants in walking distance! Our house is a cozy, safe haven with a wonderful atmosphere. This marvelous home offers a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. We have weekly gardening service and a housekeeper who will come twice during your stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Los Angeles has to offer.
