Such a gem in a tourist hotspot! Could lick the floor with how often everything is cleaned. Also friendly roommates and ample shower/bathroom facilities. The front desk loaned me a lock for my locker instead of having to buy one. The ample outdoor space and lawn is perfect for day-jobbing. Also a great selection of tea and instant coffee. A whole list of pros and zero cons. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

I had stayed here quite a bit before the pandemic and I was pleased to find it’s still an amazing place to stay. Alex and Pedro were awesome. Had a great week.

Who knew you could find affordable accommodations in the heart of Hollywood. Being that it am old mansion, it looks dated but added character and charm. Property was clean and staff friendly. Only downside if you will, the room were a little small.

Great location, everything was clean, sheets were soft, it was just that the beds were very hard. Staff was friendly and showed us to our room, waived the parking fee and checkout time, very flexible.

It was my first time in a hostel and I was kind of afraid. But it was actually soo nice and safe, I had friendly roommates who I went out with. The staff was professional and also friendly! Highly recommend !!

I liked this hostel and it reminded me of my dorm years in college. It was clean, people were very nice, and I felt safe and secure. I loved the parking space provided as well! It is conveniently placed near the walk of fame in Hollywood and lots of stores.

Great location off of Hollywood Blvd. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine as we are there to just sleep. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice small kitchen to do light cooking. Instant coffee provided. Would return.

I've enjoyed my stay here usually for business trips yet this time was surprisingly not very good. I literally felt picked on by a staff member. Not very kind hearted toward me. I asked for the AC for my room and felt scolded. Checking in was good overall and professional.Yet it just did not feel good leaving this time. The Location, the Cleaniness and Overall vibe is always very good.

Rooms were a big size which was nice. I stayed in female 6 bed dorm. Best location you could ask for! Didnt have any noise issues but something at night kept making a loud grinding noise not sure what but stopped eventually. Bathroom super small which was the only annoying thing and water took ages to heat up

Overall, good hotel.
Cute place to stay with a neat story. Very close to Walk of Fame, a 2min walk. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a little sketchy just because of how old it was. No deadbolt on the door, and no safe in the room. And just with how close it was to a high traffic area, made me a little nervous about the security of the hotel. Overall pretty good stay. Wish there was a shuttle from the airport, would’ve saved $100 on Uber. Really yummy pizza place on Hollywood Blvd, Greco’s Pizzeria.

Check in was fine, the property is in good shape, a block away from Hollywood Blv and the Chinese theater. The Metro stop is also close by.

Really great place to stay. Quiet, clean, convenient location and helpful staff. Rooms have air conditioning which was a welcome surprise. Good suggestions of places nearby to eat. Front desk went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Let's be honest, this is a very inexpensive solution for an expensive area. The place was VERY convenient for me while I was in LA on business, so I did not have to rent a car and could walk to my destination, saving a lot of additional time and money. But it was also just me, so it's fine that the place is a little basic. I could never stay there with my wife, who has very different needs and standards, but for ME, this was a great place to spend a week. The staff was very friendly, the bed was fine, and the place was very quiet at night so I could sleep. I'll be back.

The location is great, very safe and quiet. I stayed for 2 nights with no issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even let me park my small motorcycle for free in the back. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the hostel experience.
