The cottage is less than 1/2 a block from the Rose Parade Route, 3 miles to Old Town Pasadena (Downtown), 4 miles from the Rose Bowl. We had a nice spacious cottage. Decent kitchen, living room, and dining room. The hot water didn't work while we were there though, but as it was a holiday weekend we didn't bother the owner about it while we were there. There were new sheets and towels for us. Steps from Colorado Blvd. and the Rose Parade. Spacious parking area. Quiet at night.
