Approximately 5 blocks to Hermosa Valley School and 10 blocks to Mira Cost High School, a 15min walk to the Hermosa pier food and nightlife. Hilltop views across Los Angeles to the San Gabriel and Santa Monica mountains. All appliances included, HUGE fenced yard great for pets and children.
