I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, room service staff, and maintenance man. I also like staying at the Premier Inn due to thr walking distancr of 711 and the dankest market with the coldest Jarritos and pretty cash register ladies.

Staff was friendlly and accommodating. Room was as expected. I would have enjoyed if the fridge and heater worked, but overall it was a pleasant stay. I feel more comfortable here than the motel 6 down the road.

The first room I was in the heater was so loud that I had to request for some assistance. Then the staff at the front told me oh, the maintenance crew said that that room was having problems with the heater making a lot of noise so I was moved to a new room, which smelled a lot better. I was grateful for the move, but the area was very sketchy and felt very unsafe. I was nervous to take my dog for walks. Also, it was right next to the highway so it was extremely noisy.
