A Pleasant Stay in Brentwood
I enjoyed my stay in Brentwood. The VRBO was clean and convenient and presented as advertised. Jason was a gracious and helpful host. My only suggestion would be to add a light near the gate and walkway during evening hours. All in all, I had a very good experience.

Loved the space, and location, as we were just miles from the places we traveled to, like Venice Beach and Beverly Hills. Plenty of closet space, needs a bathroom door. The Host Justin was very prompt in response to our questions. Overall we enjoyed the space.

Perfect fit
My stay was very relaxing, the studio space accomodation was great - comfortable bed, large modern shower in the bathroom, new smart TV with lots of streaming options. Justin is a great host, and the key punch check in process could not have been easier. The property is in a beautiful part of the hills north of Brentwood, with ample street parking in front of the property. Highly recommend for 1-2 travelers, as long as a full kitchen is not a requirement. I definitely hope to stay here again next time I visit.

A beautiful place

Good, simple
Had a good stay, host was very responsive. Only downsides I would say is the view is not really accessible without intruding (You have to stand outside the bedroom of where another renter is staying, and otherwise can't be seen from the rented room), for the summer months the AC is not independently controllable (have to message host to turn it on). Also as mentioned - common areas are shared with other tenants and the room itself is part of the host's house with a closed door, can't remember if this was detailed on the listing or not. But a pleasant stay, thank you.

Short Vacation
The Property has fine. There was no central heat, so small portable heaters were available yet did not hit the mark. It was only in the high 50's most of the visit to LA so the room was hard to heat up.

Great stay!
This is a first time staying at a VRBO property and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The place was spotless and the host, Justin, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and we loved the shower! He even has a washer and dryer available that we were able to use. We highly recommend checking this out if you don’t need kitchen facilities. We would definitely book again if we’re in the area. 👍

Immaculate, comfortable, and affordable!
I honestly don't think I've ever stayed in a place so clean! This is a nice little bedroom with full bath in Brentwood. It's basically a casita on the host's property, though technically it's attached to the house through a locked door. There's no lock on the door to the room, security is provided by a locked gate with a code. Thus, I did take my jewelry with me when I left for the day. Definitely a good idea to have a rental car if you stay here. LA is that kind of city. I found my way around to nice restaurants, a grocery store and Starbucks for nourishment. The host is very communicative and kind. The room is exactly as pictured. Also, unlike some places like this there is adequate shelving and closet space for a few days worth of clothes. It's nice to not have to keep your stuff in your suitcase. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great view!
In spite of the torrential downpours that were going on during my stay, the property was a perfect place to stay with my two dogs. The owners made sure the property was cozy and warm in spite of the unexpectedly low temperatures -- and the view of Santa Monica and the ocean beyond were breathtaking at night. Great location, great hosts; really glad I stayed here!!!

Great week in safe LA neighborhood!
My partner and I had a great stay at Justin’s home in Brentwood. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, while still being a close driving distance to everything there is to see in LA. There is a gate with a code to enter the rental space as well, so we felt safe leaving our things in the room. The shower wasn’t working while we were there, the water was extremely hot. Justin called a plumber, they just unfortunately couldn’t come until the day after we left. There is great storage space for 2 people and the space was extremely clean. Having the laundry was very nice as well. Justin also was willing to offer recommendations for places to eat which was nice. Thanks for everything Justin!

Justin’s home was so beautiful! The neighborhood it is in is so quiet and lovely to walk around in. We had our dog with us and he was so accommodating by letting us utilize the back yard (with amazing views of the city of LA). Staying here and being hosted by Justin was an absolute breeze from booking till checkout. The space is neat and modern, I especially loved the bathroom design! The view is amazing, the neighborhood is clean and safe (especially with the big police presence a few streets below - a VIP lives there), parking on the street is allowed and free. There is a washer and dryer which is very convenient. Interesting to mention, we were amazed by the fact that the property has a special liquid which can be used as a shampoo, dog shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and many more! I would like to mention two things which I think can be improved. The water in the shower was very hot (only to me, my boyfriend was fine with it). I generally take lukewarm showers and this shower, even on the 75F setting, was still very hot for me and seemed way warmer than the setting showed. The other thing was that I think the air conditioning is not separate from the main part of the house and since maybe that was turned off sometime during the day, our part of the house warmed up too. Thankfully, there is a fan in the room which helped and later we found that sleeping with the door open at night had a nice cooling effect. Although these things were noticeable, tey were not at all uncomfortable for us and we would 100% stay again. Justin is such a kind soul, he helped us with a few recommendations, was very flexible with check-in and friendly showing us around and during all our communications.

Justin’s place is in a nice and safe neighborhood. The room was private and comfortable. I had my dogs with me and had easy access to the backyard. The views from the backyard was amazing! Justin was responsive in answering questions and although he lived at the house, I never saw him. I enjoyed my stay!

Our room was very clean and had ample room for us to unpack and feel completely at home. The location is in a beautiful part of LA and the view of the city from the house is amazing. I would definitely suggest having a car because the distances are considerable. Justin was a great host and always available for anything we needed. He was extremely thoughtful with the products he provided, including lots of water in the mini fridge.

Justin’s place is in one of the best neighborhoods in LA, offers incredible views and close to so. many. amazing trails. A ton of great restaurants at your fingertips and you can easy get to countless other neighborhoods in 30 minutes. Great for folks trying to see the best parts of LA. The room offers a lot of privacy, we barely interacted with Justin at all. Bathroom was so luxe.

Awesome host and an awesome view!
Justin was the best host we’ve had in a while and we travel frequently. Our suite was pretty cool! Nice comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, and amazing options for my fellow herbal tea lovers. Justin gave us a lot of really great recommendations for good and places to visit. The view from the backyard is amazing! The overall energy of this place was phenomenal!
