Liked: Cleanliness, location
1st of all person @ desk claimed I hadn't paid, then toilet cover was very loose, not enough towels for 3 people, I'm disabled!!! Elevator didn't work, u had 2 have someone go down to 1st floor 2 get elevator to 2nd floor!!! What kind of service is that?? What if I was alone???!!! All 2gether, that was the worse experience I've ever had!!!
