Great place to stay in Santa Monica!

We loved this house! Great proximity to restaurants and coffee shops, close enough to scoot to Santa Monica, and really close to the train if you want to use the Metro E line. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely and cozy house to stay at!

I stayed here for a few days with my husband, kids, and in-laws. We were very pleased with this lovely house! The decor was fun and the house was comfortable. We had dinners around the table and sat together in the living room in the evenings. The beds were all comfy and the waterfall shower in the master bath was so nice. The location was perfect and it felt like we were in the middle of everything. The owners were so friendly and great with communication. We felt like it was a great value for the listing price. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Good location, spacious house. The house has landlord specials repairs all over- one of the kitchen lights is taped up, as is one of the vent covers,lightswitch covers are cracked, carpet starting to fray, baseboards sloppily screwed in and painted over. etc. The TV and internet were spotty. Great for location and space, but do not expect a pristine rental as the description suggests.

Great Location, Responsive Hosts

We had a great time in Santa Monica and would recommend this property. The parking on site was a huge plus. The hosts are responsive to your needs. Overall very pleasant stay.
