The location on the listing shows the property in one place but the condo was actually 3/4 mi away and I was not informed until 2 days before check in. When I asked the Property Manager (PM) about it, they told me the address provided for check in was correct and did not address that their listing was false and showed otherwise. The parking space provided was about 3/4 the length of a normal parking space so my car hung out into the driveway. When I arrived Monday night I noticed the blinds in one bedroom and the living room were missing slats. Also the blinds in the king room would not close at all so room was not dark and neighbors could see into room and see me sleep. I notified the PM that night. Tuesday morning, we saw what looked like cockroaches crawling out from behind the stove as well as other flying bugs. I notified the PM about the cockroaches immediately. I did not hear back from the PM on Tuesday. I had to follow up. On Wed, they said they would call maintenance to arrange to come fix the blinds and deal with bugs. PM said they have never had bugs before but prior reviews show different. No one came on Wed. On Thurs morning, the king bed broke. I notified PM by phone and message app. I followed up many times. I now had nowhere to sleep. No one came to fix anything on Thurs. PM apologetic but refused to refund my 1 night and told me to sleep on an air mattress. Maint finally came Fri to fix bed but didn’t fixed blinds. Checked out Sat. PM not helpful. Don't stay!
