Great space

We were pleased with our experience staying at this property. The home was clean, accessible, and relatively quiet considering how close it is located to the Hollywood strip. It was convenient and walkable to entertainment, dining, shopping and more. Having the parking space was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, spacious and awesome location. Quick 10-minute drive to our annual pilgrimage to Halloween Horror Nights and Universal Studios.

Great location and very clean 3 bedroom. 15 min drive to universal and 2 mins walk to Hollywood blvd. Condo is newly renovated and offers everything for a great and cozy stay. You can’t beat the location. Overall excellent stay.

Overall the stay was great, great location if you want to get to Hollywood boulevard The apartment was lovely apart from a few things that were needed addressing but I contact Lauran and she was great with dealing with any issues we had.

Perfect home in a perfect location!

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. One block from Hollywood. We were able to walk back and forth and not have to drive anywhere. We are a family of 6 and had more than enough room and everything we needed while there for several nights. The owner was also very quick to communicate. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfort & convenience in Hollywood!

Excellent location just off Hollywood Blvd! Great for walking! Property was clean, secure, & comfortable. Older building, with upgraded interior. You will need a small vehicle if parking-garage is tight access! Quiet, for a densely populated neighborhood! Easy access to ride share. Property mgr was quick to respond to our questions. An enjoyable stay! Thanks!

Nice place for a family.

The property was nice. Plenty of room for a family of four and it had comfy beds too. Hollywood walk of Fame is a block over which was cool. There was a hiccup with check in process but the owner was completely honest and forthright about the situation and made everything right. I'd definitely recommend the property.

Great place in Hollywood

Great unit in the back of the complex. Very quiet and spacious. We were working an event in Hollywood and needed a place to stay within walking distance. This place was great, very quiet and very spacious. Only got to spend a couple hours in the unit to sleep, as we had a long work day, but wish we could have stayed for a couple more days. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Great location

This is located in a great location to see all the LA/Hollywood sites. Comfortable beds. Great for a family on vacation. Cleaning was not thorough. Coffee pot had mold in the old grinds, and mold floating in the left over coffee liquid. The smell was bad when we arrived. Disposal does not work.

Hollywood bowl concert

Property was clean, very spacious. We had more room than we actually needed! Host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also laundry detergent was available. These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! Although I probably will not visit LA again, this was an excellent location, property and overall experience!

Well-located spot very close to Hollywood Blvd

This property has clearly been newly finished inside and was clean. The beds were comfortable. Having laundry facilities in the house was nice. It's only a block from Hollywood Blvd and another block to the Chinese Theater, so it's right in the middle of the tourist center of Hollywood. The inside is as shown in the photos. The outside of the place, not shown in the photos, may take renters aback; it's in a block of apartments that shows quite a bit of age and wear on the outside. This is definitely a city area, so your views out the window and balconies will be of the backs of other apartment blocks or their parking lots, as is typical in a dense city neighborhood like this. The area may be undergoing gentrification.

Great for a Girls get together in Hollywood

The unit has been updated and met our needs. Plenty of space for our group of three, but would be fine for more. The beds were comfortable, but the couch isn't supportive (for our age group) and the one chair isn't very comfortable. (didn't change my rating though) Dining room table and chairs are fine. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and pots, but limited pans (1 very old small frying pan). Would have liked some hand towels in the kitchen. The amount of toilet paper and paper towels worked for us as we were a small group and out and about, but you'll likely need to buy some...depending on the length of your stay. Communication was great with the owner/lmanager. We were 3 older women and we felt safe in the neighborhood....1 block off of Hollywood Blvd. Walked during the day and used Uber at night. Would definitely recommend the location.
