Perfect location, close to Hollywood blvd and Beverly Hills (uber to B. Hills aprox $ 8-12. Hotel is recently renovated, rooms clean, staff very friendly, breakfast with all you need, big supermarket 24 h just crossing the street. Best value for money, totaly recomendable

The room was awkward (no hanging or counter space in the BA). Beds were made tightly and short-sheeted (not enough sheet for length of bed). Lumpy, awful pillows. And the bed was uncomfortable, uneven wear, not flat. There were people smoking in the common area by the pool so you could not come or go without crossing the smoke. On the bright side, staff were great, very helpful. It was super convenient to local attractions and walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl if you are semi-fit. The Brazilian restaurant across the street was great.

Great location for attractions. Issues was that the sheets and towels were dirty. There was limited seating in the breakfast area. Bathrooms would benefit from a towel rack. House keeping was talking loud and yelling across different rooms that resulted in me waking up early every day. The manager of housekeeping has a poor attitude.

Location is good for tourist spots. Nice to have free parking but the lot was small and can be challenging to park. Rooms were ok, bed was pretty good but shower water pressure was terrible, and overall fit and finish was mediocre. For someone on a budget, this place is honestly a good bet, but definitely had a bit of a "motel" feel to it. Overall would stay again if just looking for a place to sleep at night.

Not too bad but not too great
Some of the front staff wasn’t very nice. Breakfast yogurts ran out before the end and they said that’s all they had. Next day they had more. There was a resident cockroach in the room, I had to kill him because he didn’t want to leave.

The hotel was noisy since it’s by the streets of West Hollywood. We could hear vehicles and people through the night. The walls are also extremely thin. Breakfast was your basic best western. Overall I think this stay would’ve been better if it wasn’t so noisy.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The price was great even including parking. It was loud after hours but I still slept very well.

Aside from the owners horrible attitude, the loud guests and the lack of a properly working AC, our room had a bedbug infestation. We did not realize until after our stay that the bug bites we obtained were from bedbugs. My two ten year old daughters were bitten so badly that they formed a skin infection and have to be treated with antibiotics to stop the spread. At checkout there was no one to be seen at the front desk, and the gate to leave the parking lot was locked. Because of the horrid parking situation and tight fit, and the need to turn around, my brand new car was also damaged leaving the property. I will never be staying here again.

Relatively inexpensive hotel on Sunset Blvd that is walkable during the day (3-4 blocks) from Hollywood Blvd near the Chinese Theatre. Watch out, though. Sunset Blvd there is really showing its age and the neighbourhood a night is empty / sketchy. The room itself was a little cramped, the floor was very dirty (turned our feet / socks / charging cables grey). The parking spots were incredibly small and tight to navigate, and we saw multiple cars take damage trying to navigate them (And ourselves took a small dent). The shower curtains were too small and water from the shower readily overflowed the bathroom floor. Overall, the impression is of a very old building retrofitted a la Best Western, but the building and neighbourhood has limitations. At least the breakfast was pretty good - included bacon / sausages / eggs. We did not try the outdoor pool (no time), the pool is a definite asset. Overall, a below average experience. But we did appreciate the day time staff.

This motel was in a convenient location, close to a supermarket, fast food, liquor, and a Ross store. It was a walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. However, if you are looking for a good night's sleep, or have children who sleep light, this is not the place for you. Very noisy! People outside their doors at all hours, speaking loudly, cars in the courtyard, and I am not sure if it was a car revving, or very noisy AC, and of course, street noise. We had a family room because there were 4 of us, and in the main room, there were no lamps. We had to have the bright LED lights on, and that was not convenient after my grandson went to bed, if I wanted to sit and have a glass of wine. The only place to plug in the coffee maker, was the bedside table. There are no towel racks in the bathroom to hang a hand towel or a face cloth by the sink. My grandson filled the sink to wash his face, and we had to use the mechanism under the sink to release the plug. The pool was nice, the breakfast was ok, but they didn't always have some things, like yogurt, for instance. I thi k if I ever go back to LA, i would look for another hotel.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft for my liking, the air conditioning only seemed to make it slightly cooler and felt damp/humid, water pressure of the sink was super strong that it splashes everywhere (bad sink design), parking was super tight and awkward and gate closed at 11pm, breakfast was okay (powdered eggs), and every else was clean in the room.
