This was a great "homebase" for us while visiting family in the Mount Washington Area! The home was clean an we really enjoyed the privacy of the gated outdoor area.
Everything we needed was there. Check in, checkout were seamless, easy. The place was very clean, amenities excellent. The hosts checked in regularly to see we had everything we needed .. much appreciated!
Very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Nice layout and furnishings. Great hot water for showers. Difficult finding the back parking accessible by alley. Should say that in listing fir clarity.
Nice place, good neighborhood, attentive management
The place was very much as advertised. Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking in the back was easy. However, what really stood out was the clarity and responsiveness of the property managers. The directions for arrival and on the house were thorough and clear. The door to the laundry closet had an issue we noticed after we arrived. We notified the management and they responded immediately and asked what timing would work best for us for them to fix it. Greatly appreciated both the promptness and the consideration of what would would best for us. The neighborhood is a nice suburban neighborhood and the place is across the street from an elementary school. Pasadena wad easy to get to. And the freeway was easy to get to for trips to LA, Burbank, universal studios, and out to Claremont in the other direction. All in all, very happy with the place and would stay there again.
