  • It`s a remodeled one bedroom unit on the upper floor of two story building. It`s fully furnished and has a full size kitchen and bathroom (shower/tub combo).
    The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room with a pull out sofa bed. The living room has a smart flat screen TV with fast speed WIFI.
    The kitchen is well equipped and has all necessary cooking accessories such as pots plates utensils etc. There are microwave toaster coffee maker and refrigerator for guest`s usage.

Cozy place, Perfect location

Unbeatable location in one of LA's best neighborhoods. I stayed here for ~6 weeks and it was the perfect home base for comfortably working remotely. Parking spot is super convenient and the host, Natalya, was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
