Do not book this property. Disgusting and nothing like the photos listed on here. They have people living on the property, balconies full of people’s crap, people doing meth in the rooms publicly and in the parking lot, and to top it off would not give us a refund when we decided to leave the property due to the disgusting environment. I highly suggest this place to never be booked unless you like bed bugs and staph infection.

It was very close to the Pomona Fairplex, so that was quite convenient for the purpose of our trip. What I didnt like: - The pool had debris in it. - The breakfast options were rather minimal. - Breakfast staff were depressed and uninviting. - A lot of structure was falling apart. - Gym was very poor quality, no free weights, only one cable machine with little to no attachments. - Some of the lamps in our room weren't operating at all. - The balcony seemed weak and incapable of sustaining a person's weight.

First off our key wouldn’t work for the room then we were accommodated a suite next door. Guest above our unit were obnoxious. Had to call front desk multiple times between 12-2am. Didn’t have enough pillows, refrigerator wasn’t working and no phone in room to connect with room service. It was obvious to me they are going through renovations and we got an older room that was next on the get fixed list. Property has pictures that make it seem nice, but different in reality. I hope the next guest has a more pleasant visit than our stay.

The hotel is charming and probably was vibing in the 1980s. Little has been updated since then. Staff was friendly and kind. Powdered eggs and white bread toast for breakfast because the steakhouse has been closed.
