This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom tri-level home offers view decks to enjoy the sun, the community and the ocean views. Walking distance to the beach, the parks, local restaurants and shops. Recently updated with new furniture and amenities like an outdoor fire pit and bbq for making the most of the summer days and nights. Home features a spacious floor plan and includes a two car garage with the ability to get street permits if needed.

Enjoy the safe and clean neighborhood of Hermosa Beach. Walk to Valley park a half a block away. Play volleyball, surf and swim just minutes away. Walk to neighborhood restaurants, sports bars and retail shops. Take a jog along the strand or on the board walk. Enjoy the waves from the Hermosa Pier featured in the movie LaLa Land. Hermosa gem

This place is amazing! Jean and Jen were wonderful hosts, very kind and responsive. Kitchen fully stocked, beds cozy, lovely to hear the ocean sounds at night, balconies w views/grill/fire pit, perfect location, very close to beach, bodegas, restaurants, shops. Would def stay again.

Perfect Spot near the Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great spot on a quiet side street with ocean views from 2 balconies. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Beach is a 2 block walk away. House was well equipped for an extended stay. Hosts were super responsive to any questions and concerns that came up.
