Cozy Ocean Retreat is a beach retreat situated in the heart of Belmont Shore, LB. Just one block to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and retail shops on main 2nd Street. With a garage! No problem ever finding parking. NEW CENTRAL A/C - HEATING. Minutes to Naples canals, pristine family beaches & Los Alamitos Bay. Centrally located between downtown LA and Orange Co. Santa Monica is 45 minutes North. Catalina Island is just an hour ferry ride away. We are also pet friendly!
We do not accept 3rd party bookings.

Early Christmas

Met our adult kids there for an early Christmas together! House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Outdoor space was fabulous and the neighborhood was very quiet and super cute.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was attractive, clean, and clutter free. It was the perfect size for four adults and a toddler. This home allowed my husband with mobility issues to be comfortable because it is single story, has a walk in shower, plus an attached garage. Having a high chair and a wide selection of toys was an added bonus. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend this home.
