The house is updated with full laundry, sky lights 17' living room ceiling, French doors to patio and onto balcony over looking the waterways. Private Dock with boats (Canoe, Row, inflatable), Kitchen includes Corian Countertops, Dishwasher, Gas 4 burner cooktop, double oven, French door Samsung refrigerators with filter ice and water, instaHot filter water for coffee, tea hot water, cutting board, wine storage, silent dishwasher, 1hp garbage disposal, all windows and doors screened, central heat, ceiling fan, wood floors throughout entire house, with Venetian tiled bathroom, double bathroom sink, shower tub, garage for 1 small car.
