"Bathroom was nasty, the AC broke down 2 times and wouldn’t cool the room. The Shuttle is a mess non friendly drivers and doesn’t pass by enough your better of walking. Some staff members seem as if they didn’t want to be there and did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The Hotel has plenty of things to do with good pools nice beach and great entertainment."

"Rooms were short on towels . Pool towels were very hard to get . Bar ran out of coconut rum 4 nights . Staff is friendly and try to help you . Breakfast was good but ran out of bacon many mornings . The fresh omeletes were fantastic as well as the chef . "
