"We overall enjoyed our stay at the Riu Santa Fe. The all inclusive was clutch, the food & drinks were great. It was just extremely hot, understandably around this time of year. Our only complaint was that our AC wasn't working the first 2 days. It would've been nice to have been told that when we checked-in, it was never mentioned at all & it seemed like it was a known issue. Other than that, loved the food, pools, views & vibes! RIU party was just a bit much for us but we still enjoyed!"
"We loved our stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos! Being an Expedia Platinum member was a great perk, and we received a complimentary room upgrade, although the view wasn’t very good. Check-in was slow. We arrived before noon and were told we could check in early due to low occupancy, but we didn’t receive our room until after 4 p.m.
Our concierge, Armando, provided A+ service and literally made our trip much better. He helped plan my girlfriend’s 35th birthday and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled. When we return, I’ll definitely request him again, and I recommend others do the same.
The food was amazing! We had dinner at UMO Oaxacan BBQ and Toro Steakhouse, and both were better than our dinner at Sunset Monalisa. Request Arnoldo as your server at UMO—his service was outstanding!
Armando, the bartender from Mazatlán, and the gentleman from Guerrero working alongside him provided excellent service at both the adults-only pool and Pulse. They had great conversations with us and, along with the drink runners, worked nonstop to keep guests hydrated and taken care of. They are the backbone of the Hard Rock pools and deserve recognition.
Breakfast needs improvement. The only choices were two buffet restaurants serving nearly the same food. We wanted to try the à la carte breakfast at Los Gallos, but it was never open. More variety and a dependable à la carte option would improve the experience.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return!"
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Me and my family went for my birthday. When we checked into the resort, it was acknowledged, and the lady gave us a huge upgrade. The resort was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely return for another trip."
"We love the location, the rooms, the staff, the food. We only have one issue and that is we have had to request back the $300 hold placed on the room at arrival. We have called several times and they said it can take a week to be refunded. It’s been past that. The charges have gone through on our credit card, I have the statement and would rather the hotel correct the error instead of escalating it through our credit card company! If it wasn’t for that…we’d have given 5 stars."
Villa del Palmar Beach Resort Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"First trip to Cabo all of the staff was super friendly and hopeful, except for the exchange and currency at the hotel. Weren’t closed but said they were closed because they closed early.
My concierge was super sweet and gave great recommendations I attended the presentation and purchased the vacation package through the Villa group looking forward to future trips"
Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"We just spent five incredible nights at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos and loved every moment. Every staff member we met greeted us warmly, always with a hand over their heart — such an endearing touch. Special thanks to Xochitl at the front desk, Elias & Alfredo at the bikini bar, David & Graciela at sushi, Martha at the Peninsula, Danny, Andrea & Keily at Arzal Steak Restaurant, Sara & David at the Italian restaurant, Nelsin at Blu, and Eduardo & Ramon for our unforgettable beachside dinner. The food was outstanding across the board — highlights included the steak and lobster beach dinner, the ribeye steak at Arzal, and the house-made gnocchi at the Italian restaurant. None of the restaurants required reservations and we never had too wait long for a table. We booked the Double beds with Ocean View which did not disappoint. Be sure to request a high floor to get the best views - we were on the 5th floor! We had a small balcony which was great to have morning coffee looking at the ocean. Small swimmable beaches were fun and cooler than the pools which were warm, but both had very attentive service. Overall, a truly spoiling stay — highly recommend a visit!"
