COMPLETELY REMODELED Stunning Ocean Front Condo!

A first class 'Five Star' condominium community set in lush tropical landscaping. The entire complex is guarded and gated and has 24 hour security.

Our condo is located in the La Playa building which gets it's name because it is the closest to the beach and has an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean from every window! There are only a few select units right on the beach and La Playa 202 is one of them. Access to the unit does not require any steps yet the balcony sits on the second floor for ultimate privacy!

Watch the whales swim by and enjoy the sound of crashing waves from the large private balcony. Enjoy the sun rise and sunset over the 'sea of Cortez' from the luxury of a well appointed condo and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the mountains and ocean on the south side of the balcony.

The master suite features a European king bed with an en suite bathroom. The 2nd guest room comfortably fits two full beds with it's own en suite as well. Relax in the living room with complete entertainment center or enjoy meals in the dining area.

This unit belongs to our family and is not a commercial business. We take great pride in it and keep it spotless. We have a cleaning crew available if you want cleaning services during your stay for an additional fee.

The condo is located within the exclusive Casa del Mar Golf and Spa Resort hotel which underwent a complete renovation in mid-November 2015. The resort hotel features complete food and beverage service at the main pool, a hacienda style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a beach restaurant as well as a sports bar.

Access to hotel services including spa, concierge, pool towels, pool swim up bar and hotel restaurants our available to our guests for a $30 per day resort fee (per condo not per guest) paid directly to the hotel on a day by day basis.

If you do not wish to pay the hotel resort fee you will still have free access to all the resort pools, beach chairs, umbrellas and tennis courts. Our condo has beach towels you are welcome to take to the pool or beach. Feel free to make yourself a margarita in one of our plastic pitchers and take it to the pool area!

This is truly a five-star property. The landscaping and overall resort amenities are absolutely stunning, and the entire experience feels elevated from the moment you arrive. The unit itself is beautifully updated, with very comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen that made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. Each bedroom having its own en suite was a huge plus, and every detail—from the appliances to the in-unit washer and dryer to the excellent water pressure—was thoughtfully done and worked flawlessly. The standout feature, however, is the balcony. It offers a completely unobstructed beach view that is both peaceful and luxurious—easily the highlight of our stay. Sitting out there felt like a true escape. The location is also ideal. We were just steps from both the beach and the pools, and everything is within a short, convenient walking distance. Even bringing groceries in from the parking lot was quick and easy. I truly can’t recommend this unit highly enough. The host was gracious and responsive to our initial questions, and everything about our stay was seamless. We had a perfect experience and would absolutely return.

Great Beach Property

Very nice clean and well maintained condo within a very nice well maintained complex. Great view from every room. Beautiful mature landscaping throughout the complex. We loved that we never needed the A/C because it had such good airflow and a very safe environment for opening all the doors and windows. The description of the property is very accurate. Great place in Cabo

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, situated about halfway between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas so it's easy to get to either. However you might not want to leave the resort. The pools and grounds are all very well maintained and were perfect for our family of 5 that included a toddler and a couple of teenagers. The condo itself has to be one of the best ones in the place, while it's on the second floor it is essentially a walk up as you would have to go downstairs to get to the first floor units. It's an oceanfront unit with spectacular views of the water and the beach. Condo was well stocked with eveything you need to make meals at home, plenty of towels and beach toys for the kids etc. etc. Check in and check out were fast and easy! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cabo!

Home Away f on Home, only BETTER!

First of all, let me say that Natalie was a SUPER HOST! She was so welcoming and answered all of our questions! The condo was within a quiet resort and was well appointed. We had everything we needed and really appreciated having shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, napkins, paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Lately when we’ve vacationed using VRBO, the units come with just a few starter supplies and you have to shop for refills mid week! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable, and the unit was spotless! Not a lot of clutter, but nicely decorated. The entire project was well maintained and looked beautiful. We watched the whales from afar EVERY DAY! The guys golfed three different courses, but be aware that the prices with cart averaged $325 per round! We ate out most evenings and dinner and drinks were also extremely costly. Cabo is definitely more expensive than it used to be! We have used VRBO many times, but never stayed at the same condo/home twice within the cities we have visited! We will definitely be back to Natalie’s place again when visiting Cabo. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Once again, a great stay!

This is a beautiful condo next to the ocean with magnificent views of both the sunrise and sunset. (The beach is not safe for swimming, however.) The condo is roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a Mexican feel. The Casa del Mar community is quiet and designed in a Spanish colonial style. La Playa 202 was an unbelievably amazing property. From the moment we booked our family vacation, Natalie was super supportive with any questions we had. My sisters and I loved our stay at Villa La Playa! Upon entering the condo we were immediately drawn to the view. Amazing! The condo is right on the beach. Felt very safe as it was a gated community and the condo is on the second floor. The condo itself was clean and it had all the amenities that we needed. We loved getting up in the morning in for beach walks and whale watching! We have spent the past 3 years going to Cabo, and this was definitely our favorite place we have stayed thus far! We very much enjoyed our relaxing week in this well appointed and comfortable condo. The unit is in the Casa del Mar resort community which made it easy to do our own thing or use the resort facilities when desired. I always am amused at the creative photography of "ocean views" and what looks like expansive rooms and beach fronts, that when you get there are no where as nice or as big as expected. This condo is even nicer, the views better and beach more expansive than the photos show. The owner is extremely gracious and responded almost immediately to a question we had after arrival. Much appreciated and way above any reasonable expectation. Highly recommended property, you'll have a great time staying here.

This was our favorite VRBO of all time! The view was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio every afternoon and evening watching whales and mobula rays Some nights there were fireworks. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, the home was clean, and everything in order. We appreciated some of the little things left behind which made our stay even easier. We really enjoyed the property. I do wish the overall resort had more pools for my family (4 kids under 18). There was one that was not heated near the condo. The other was ~30 yards away. That being said, we absolutely loved the beach access, the staff were friendly, and the condo had everything we could need to make it a very enjoyable stay for our family of 6.

Natalie’s property was absolutely perfect for two couples (or even a third). It is RIGHT on the beach, near the hotel lobby, restaurants, and spa, and the staff is super friendly. The condo came with everything you could need and was incredibly comfortable. Natalie was lovely and so helpful, too, and even allowed for an early arrival for us. We will visit again!!!
