"The pool was the only reasonable thing about this place, and the fact that it’s close to the airport. The beds are like rocks and the pillows are the same. The bathroom was very grungy, mould in tiles and really not that clean. The AC unit barely cooled the room and there is no mini fridge. Doors and windows are poorly sealed so you can hear everything outside your room, which was especially annoying because we had a very early flight and wanted to get to sleep at a reasonable time. We could hear literally every person walking and talking outside our room. This place is in disparate need of renovations 😐!!"

"The pool is a saving grace, but this property is in disrepair. The blind fell off the window when we went to close it, the toilet bowl was leaking across the floor, and the chairs at the pool were broken. The street noise and smells made it hard to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Took over an hour to check in. The staff member couldn’t “find” our rooms and then magically found open rooms for us after 30 minutes. He then booked us on the wrong airport shuttle in the morning. Facilities are clean and new. Didn’t have time to use the pool as it was past 8pm by the time we checked in. "

"What you should know before booking: - no Wifi in the room - TV in the room is Spanish channels only - if you want certain food made at meal times, you have to make special requests and they'll do it - Airport shuttle is not free - Expedia says "Airport shuttle included," but I had to pay $70 for the shuttle back to the airport unless I purchased 3 excursions from the excursion company at the resort"

"Property is decently equipped with a resto-bar, pool table, swimming pool. Staff is extremely helpful and quite friendly. Rooms are quite spacious. Property does look a bit old - rooms and washrooms could do with renovation - but they are kept neat and clean."
