The Cofresí needs to be remodeled. It is older looking and the room did not have hot water or AC. In order to eat at any of the other restaurants other than the buffet you have to wait on a line from 9am-11am to see if there is any availability for reservations. The front desk staff is mean, unhelpful and dismissive. The rest of the staff is lovely. The rooms have a smell of mold or some other unpleasant smell. I nearly got asthma after two nights. I would not return due to management/front desk staff and the mold/odor situation.
