The villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large open-plan living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, rooftop terrace, balconies, and a spacious terrace surrounding the house. Outside, you'll find a large private pool with outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, and a table for 6 with umbrellas—perfect for soaking up the sun all day.
On the ground floor, there’s the living-dining area with open kitchen, guest toilet, washing machine and dryer, plus the first bedroom with double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds, TV, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower. From this floor, access the large balcony and rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the two saltwater lagoons of Torrevieja.
The entire house features central air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
You can park your car on the property or on the street in front of the house.
