Neil is very responsive to questions and supplies great suggestions for meals and what to do around town. Checkin and checkout is a breeze and the house is immaculately clean! Our furbaby was sensitive to the dogs next door in the beginning, but finally became comfortable with their greetings when sheā€™d go outside. The backyard is lovely and a superb place to sit and relax, read, or just enjoy the weather. We plan to stay again the next time we visit local family! We highly recommend this property and Neil as a host!

Great Getaway

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location. Communication with host/VRBO was great and very easy. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location to take in all of the area .Walk to the bay restaurants and coffee houses 10 minutes from morro bay . I love the antique shops in Cayaucos Pismo 20 minutes up the road Great hikes all over the place. Ill be back. Thanks for the stay

This is by far the most spotless rental Iā€™ve ever been in! It was perfectly clean. Itā€™s clearly great for dog owners, though we didnā€™t bring dogs, and the neighborhood is great. We walked into Baywood every day, walked to a nearby school playground with our kids, walked to the bird sanctuaryā€¦ it was great! Easy check-in and check-out. Itā€™s a great place for older kids. For younger kids (ours are 6 and 3), we found ourselves in need of a stool and non-breakable dishes; otherwise the stay was wonderful and we will definitely come back.

Great Place

The house was clean, tidy, and well set up. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and very nicely landscaped. We were close to several great restaurants and also not far from the beach! The host was great and provided us with perfect instructions for getting in and checking out. We would definitely recommend!

Relaxing getaway

We had a blast with our small family. Our dogs and daughter enjoyed the walkable activities, comfortable beds, and access to kitchen items. It was perfect for our family. The garage was a bonus hangout spot, the backyard was great. Neighbors were quiet but friendly. We loved the Santa Maria grill and Scrabble most!

Great walkable neighborhood. Loved being able to walk to coffee, bakery, deli and Beerwood. My only complaint is with the dogs next door (through no fault of the host). One of the reasons we booked this place was for the fenced in back yard bc we have a dog. However, we werenā€™t able to utilize it at all. Every time we went outside, the dogs next door would go ballistic and barked incessantly. The house was incredibly clean upon arrival, and the bed was comfortable (although the topper does tend to shift and has to be recentered every few days). Neil is extremely responsive.

Stay Close to Morro Bay... Save Money for Fun Stuff

This was the perfect place to stay with our 2 small dogs! The large, secure backyard was perfect. It was difficult to find a place with a fenced yard IN the town of Morro Bay that didn't break the bank. Easy check-in, good communication, comfortable beds... we WILL be back!

Amazing

We loved our stay. Neil is the most amazing host ever and even helped us finding a sitter for our dog. So we can see Hearst Castle. The backyard is magnificent, the beds super comfortable and I fell in love with the shower. We will come back!

Very clean, well-kept house; spacious back yard with lovely plantings. Host was very attentive but not intrusive. Short walk to the bay, coffee shop, an Audubon and other beautiful opportunities for hiking. Overall, a very nice experience. Would recommend.

Dog Friendly Vacation Rental in Morro Bay

Very clean rental. Bed was comfortable. Shower with good water pressure. Fenced in back yard with lots of space. Great for our 2 little dogs. Check in and out process was straightforward. Location was great. 10-minute drive to Morro Bay. Elfin Forest is .8-mile walk. Cafes are about a 10-minute walk down to beach. Would definitely book again when in the area.

Location, location, location! Neil's place is located near everything! You can walk to the bay, restaurants and a coffee shop. Many nature hiking trails for birding close by, beaches are aand 35 mile drive to The Hearst Mansion in San Simeon. If you are a golfer, check out The Morro Bay Golf Course. Well maintained course with incredible views!The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen to cook. Beds were very comfortable and the back yard was secure for my dog. It was nice to have a couple of folding chairs to take to the beach and beach towels. The area is very safe with a lot of families in the neighborhood.

Everything and More!

This home had all we needed for a great vacation, and even more! The home had great appliances, soft comfy beds, couch and 2 recliners to sink into while watching tv. The bay was a short couple of blocks away to stroll to. The owner is super helpful in sending tips on what sights to see (Farmer's Markets!!) Beautiful back yard with bbq's and lots of seating outside. Awesome place, we can't wait to go back!

Letā€™s Walk to Baywood!

Good quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds. Comfy furniture. Great backyard for our dog. Owner provides paper towels and toilet paper plus your shampoo, conditioner and soap. A nice selection of spices and olive oil plus coffee and sugar/sweetners and coffeemate. Washer and dryer plus laundry detergent also provided. We hope to return again this Spring for another stay!

Los Osos Trip

The home was clean and mostly comfortable. One of the beds was very uncomfortable. The immediate neighborhood had a lot of dogs and some seemed to like to bark at night.The host was very nice and helpful.There was no associated winery.The listing stated there was a hot tup. None existed.
