    The apartment is set in a picturesque area, surrounded by open fields and dark forests. Numerous hiking trails lead to Freudenstadt, Kniebis, Alpirsbach, Klein Kinzig, and further into the Black Forest. The location is directly on the Ostweg long-distance hiking trail.



    You have access to a shared parking space at the house. Public transport is nearby. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. There is a beautiful log cabin with a barbecue area and playground.



    In winter, a 7 km cross-country ski trail is available. In Kniebis, about 15 km away, there is a lit cross-country trail as well as a slope for alpine skiers and snowboarders. Shopping is available in Loßburg, 6 km away, and in Freudenstadt, about 8 km, with many shops.



    In Loßburg, about 6 km away, you will find an indoor and outdoor pool. The Panorama-Bad Freudenstadt offers water fun for all tastes and is about 15 minutes by car. There is also a free and scenic bathing spot at the Nagoldtalsperre, about 26 km or 30 minutes by car away.

Schöne Gegend, toller Aufenhalt & Energie tanken

Pros: Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief einwandfrei und schnell. Die Idyllische Landschaft spricht für sich in dem Ort gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz am Waldrand und einen Wanderweg durch die Ortschaft und den Wald. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie familienfreundlich sie eingerichtet ist. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Auch an Reinigungsutensilien fehlt es nicht. Ein absolutes Highlight für unsere Kinder war das gemütliche Dachzimmer. Dort konnten sie spielen, lesen und sich zurückziehen. Besonders begeistert waren sie von der großen Auswahl an Brettspielen und Büchern. Insgesamt eine liebevoll eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns als Familien einfach wohlfühlten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Cons: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etwas weit gelegen ca, 2km.

Wohnung in eine tolle ruhige lage

Pros: Die Wohnung überzeugt mit ihrem interessanten, charmanten Schnitt und lässt dank der vollständigen Ausstattung absolut keine Wünsche offen. Sie liegt in herrliche ruhige lage und bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen oder abwechslungsreiche Fahrradtouren. Ein großes Lob auch an den Gastgeber: Er war jederzeit überaus höflich, aufmerksam und verständnisvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Cons: Viele treppen und Besonders die Rechts-Links-Treppe direkt in der Wohnung erfordert anfangs etwas Eingewöhnung und Trittsicherheit.

Beste Wahl, wenn man vom Alltag abschalten möchte

Pros: Ruhige Lage, kristallklare Luft. Bester Ort zum Wandern und für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge im Wald. Geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit vielen Utensilien zur Selbstversorgung, Fernseher, Brettspielen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
